“Halitosis”, the term may seem unfamiliar to you but a large number of people suffer from this dental problem. There are a lot of people who want to get rid of halitosis. For your convenience, we would like to inform you that halitosis is another name for bad breath coming out of the mouth of people. Bad breath may be present in the mouth of a person for a short period of time or for a longer period of time. Some people always complaint of bad breath coming from their mouth.
There may be numerous reasons for halitosis. The causes of halitosis may differ from person to person. In most of the cases, the main cause of this problem is improper cleaning of teeth. For getting rid of halitosis, you may try a lot of methods. The first thing people should do for getting rid of this problem is to clean their teeth regularly and properly. Dental floss should be used for picking out scraps of food stuck between teeth. If the toothbrush has become old, one should change it. Stress should also be relieved for getting freedom from halitosis. People who do exercises on a regular basis have lower level of stress. One should not eat food having too many spices. Some foods which stuck in the mouth should also be avoided. Meat, cheese, sweets and alcohol should not be consumed as they leave their scraps in the mouth. You may also chew bubble gums for enhancing the flow of saliva in the mouth. Saliva washes away the scraps of food present in mouth.
