My brother Amit had bought a Mac couple of weeks back from the Forum in Bangalore, India. It looks just really cool and its cut and shape are perfect, it is a cute 13′ Apple Mac which is now mine and this is my first post from it! I am just loving to type in it and it has keys which look very delicate and i feel like handling a small baby and have to take care in that way.
But the main drawback for me is the OS, which is not Windows.. and i am using Windows in PC since past couple of years!
And unlike the other vaio lappy which my brother is using, it does not have the mouse click option when navigating on the finger touch rectangular mouse area. I just have to learn each and everything from Keyboard shortcut, to other options.
Are there any other Macbook users who can guide me with basic things to be done, and also which are probably useful for webmasters and bloggers.
In a normal laptop, its <alt + d> to select the URL box directly in Mozilla firefox, but its not the same here.. and funny thing is i tried everything but could not find how to do it. So i need some good helpers.
Anyways i am sure it will be just great and fun when i learn everything in it. Typing is cool, and i like it ๐ I would love blogging on it!!!

Bunny, i am not sure whether i will use it for life or not, as i still have to learn everything in it and its hard.
BTW amit already has Sony Vaio which he is already using.. and he already cleared off things that he also found it hard to use the Mac!

hi, regarding your touchpad on the MacBook you can set the tapping on the touchpad in the control panel in OSX. Go to system preferences & select clicking and also enable two finger scrolling. The control zoom function is also very nice it allows to to hold the CTRL button and the two fingers on the touchpad to zoom anywhere on the desktop.
Try it then you will understand the power of Apple.
Enjoy.
